Be The CEO

This page is intentionally detailed. It exists to provide full clarity on the structure, commitment, and philosophy behind the Be The CEO engagement.

Program Orientation

Be The CEO is a program designed to teach you how to be the CEO of your life and your business.

The Commitment

Becoming the CEO is not an insight. It’s an integration.

This work takes time, because each phase builds on the last. Rushing would break the compounding effect that makes this process work.

Over our time together, we move deliberately:

  • From identity to execution

  • From clarity to consistency

  • From understanding to embodiment

This program is built by design. The goal is not to stay in learning mode forever, but to leave with capability.

The Framework:
Believe → Behave → Become

Everything in Be The CEO follows a simple progression:

  • Believe — Establish clarity, identity, and internal alignment

  • Behave — Translate belief into standards and consistent execution

  • Become — Practice and integrate being the CEO in real decisions

Each phase unlocks the next. Skipping steps creates confidence without foundation—or execution without direction.

Phase One: BELIEVE

The Believe phase establishes who you are, who you are becoming, and what you are actually building.

This phase creates the internal clarity required to lead without second‑guessing.

Believe: Meeting 1

Identity & Direction - Who

We begin by defining who you are right now—personally and professionally.

Not in vague terms. Not aspirational language.

But with precision and honesty.

You will:

  • Clearly articulate who you are today

  • Distill that identity into three defining words

  • Explore who you choose to become—separate from expectations, noise, or past paths

  • Identify what (or who) is currently holding you back

Using your completed archetype assessment, we surface behavioral patterns—both strengths and potential self‑sabotage—that influence how you lead and build.

Phase Two: BEHAVE

Belief without behavior creates frustration.

This phase translates clarity into action.

Meaningful Goals

Goals only work when they matter.

You will define:

  • Three meaningful business goals

  • Three meaningful personal goals

We examine not just what you want to achieve—but how achieving each goal will meaningfully change your life and work.

This understanding is what keeps you committed when execution gets difficult.

Phase Two Finally

This is where being the CEO becomes
something you can do when no one is watching.

Phase Three: BECOME

This is where you practice being the CEO.

The CEO Hour

The Become Phase is where the client stops practicing the CEO Operating System and starts using it

During the CEO Hour, the client will run the full CEO Operating System with us there to guide, challenge, and support them as they make real decisions for the week ahead.

rly.

Each CEO Hour follows this structure:

  • Review what happened last week

  • Identify what worked

  • Identify what did not work

  • Notice repeated patterns in behavior, decisions, time, energy, communication, and execution

  • Determine what the business and life are currently teaching them

Meaningful Goals Review

  • Reconnect to their meaningful personal goals

  • Reconnect to their meaningful professional goals

  • Use what was learned from the previous week to determine what matters most now

Weekly Priority Selection

  • Select one personal priority for the upcoming week

  • Select one professional priority for the upcoming week

  • Make sure each priority connects back to a meaningful goal

  • Confirm that the priority is important enough to deserve focus this week

Priorities With Purpose

  • Define why this priority matters

  • Identify the specific tactics required to move it forward

  • Clarify what a successful result would look like

  • Assign responsibility to a specific person

  • Confirm what will be reviewed during the next CEO Hour

The purpose of the CEO Hour is to help the client become the CEO by actively using the system to think, decide, delegate, and lead differently.

This is no longer about knowing what to do.

This is about becoming the person who consistently does

The Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is for founders and CEOs

who have completed the work of implementing the CEO Operating System—but don’t want to think alone as the stakes increase.

By this stage, you no longer need coaching.

You don’t need motivation, accountability, or mindset work.

What you need is a trusted place to think clearly.

The Advisory Board exists because:

  • One bad decision is more expensive than ten good ones

  • Speed matters more than effort

  • Clarity beats intensity

  • Momentum is easier to lose than rebuild

This is not:

  • Coaching

  • Therapy

  • Execution support

This is a retained strategic relationship.

You bring real decisions, real crossroads, and real opportunities.

We help you:

  • Pressure-test thinking

  • Spot blind spots

  • Stay aligned as complexity increases

You remain the CEO.

You simply don’t operate in isolation anymore.

Graduation from the program doesn’t mean support disappears—

it means the type of support evolves.

Investment & Next Step

Be The CEO is an engagement designed to build lasting leadership capability—not ongoing dependence.

The investment for the program ranges from $10,000–$20,000*, depending on how you choose to participate.

* We are available for a 3-day intensive fly-in boot camp (pricing varies).

There is no long-term contract. You are free to step away if the work is no longer aligned.

If this program resonates, the next step is simple:
