Over the last few weeks, Adam and I have noticed something powerful: the more intentional we are about surrounding ourselves with people who vibrate at our energy level, the more everything flows, our ideas, our work, and even our sense of fulfillment. This week reminded us how vital it is to find your vibe and protect it.

TOM'S THOUGHTS:

Adam and I have been talking a lot about how many of our clients are deeply spiritual people, people who believe in the energy of others and understand the importance of vibrating at the right frequency.

As business owners, that vibration matters. It determines who we attract, how we work, and what we create. But as we grow and evolve, something interesting happens: not everyone we once surrounded ourselves with continues to vibrate at the same level. Growth changes energy. And when you rise, not everyone rises with you.

This realization became very clear to us this week during our 3Q Networking Group. The energy in that room was electric, aligned, authentic, and full of connection. No one wanted to leave because everyone was being filled. One person even said, “I’ve never been in a room where I didn’t know most of the people, but somehow it felt like I knew everyone.” That is the power of vibrational alignment, when everyone is operating on the same energetic frequency, you feel it.

When you surround yourself with people who vibe with you, you don’t just connect; you expand. You become your best self.

You reach higher levels of energy, creativity, and potential. That is the true essence of growth: aligning with energy that elevates you.

The lesson this week is simple yet profound, learn to identify the people who truly vibe with you.

Here are three ways to recognize them:

• Instant Connection: When you meet someone and it feels like you have always known them, that is an energetic match. That is a soul-level connection.

  
  

• Seamless Collaboration: When you work together and things just flow, communication is natural, execution is effortless, and everything feels harmonious, that is alignment in action.

  
  

• Authentic Comfort: When you can be your full, unfiltered self, that is the highest form of energetic connection. Authenticity thrives where vibration aligns.

When you find these people, hold onto them. Protect that space. It is where growth, creativity, and fulfillment live.
