LIVING ADRENALIZED

THE SIMPLE NEWSLETTER - ISSUE #029

This week’s newsletter is about something we often overlook as driven entrepreneurs: the power of reflection. After looking back at the journey of Atomic Business Coaching, I realized how easy it is to stay in constant motion and forget to appreciate how far we've come. In this edition, I’m sharing thoughts on presence, the importance of celebrating progress, and a lesson in living what I call an Adrenalized Life.

TOM'S THOUGHT

Several weeks ago, Adam took the time to create a timeline of our business journey since the very beginning of Atomic Business Coaching. Looking at it, I felt a wave of emotion. The timeline wasn’t just a list of milestones—it was a mirror, reflecting back all the effort, risk, trust, learning, and success we’ve experienced in a relatively short span of time. But what struck me most was the realization that we don’t always pause to reflect on what we’ve actually accomplished.

That moment took me back to something I created long before Atomic: a concept I called Adrenalized Living. It was an emotional brand I developed that centered around six elements—gratitude, intention, courage, action, reflection, and momentum. These aren’t just words; they’re the architecture of a meaningful and present life. And yet, I noticed something that caught me off guard: I had been skipping one of the most crucial elements—reflection

We live in forward motion—especially as entrepreneurs. But when we forget to reflect, we rob ourselves of the meaning in our momentum. We miss the chance to feel the full power of our journey.

TOM'S LESSON

Here’s what I learned: If you want to lead, grow, or simply breathe fully—you must be present. And being present doesn’t mean you stop moving. It means you fully engage with the moment you’re in, like when adrenaline kicks in and you feel everything—urgency, clarity, awareness.

That’s the essence of the adrenalized life I designed. It’s not about hustle or hype—it’s about being fully alive in your decisions, your emotions, your actions. And to do that, you have to pause... and reflect.

Reflection isn't just a spiritual or emotional exercise. For the accidental CEO, it’s a strategic one. It reminds you of your progress, reinforces your values, and recharges your momentum.

So this week, take a moment. A real one. Don’t just think about what you’ve done—feel it, celebrate it, and let it inform your next move

Let the six elements—gratitude, intention, courage, action, reflection, and momentum—guide your day. Not just as concepts, but as a way of being. That’s how you live adrenalized. That’s how you lead present.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

You don’t need another hack or hustle. You need a moment. A moment to remember how far you’ve come, and a moment to decide how you'll show up for what’s next.

Keep showing up. Keep reflecting. And live Adrenalized!

With presence,

Tom
